Electrowelded blades
Electrowelded blades manufactured by DONISISÂ are made of hardened steel and are available in different shapes and heights, depending both on the materials to be cut and their thickness.
These electrowelded blades are interchangeable: being threaded, they can be screwed to any made-to-measure sonotrode. These electrowelded blades are used for the cutting of highly rigid materials.
The advantages of using interchangeable electrowelded blades are:
- Extreme cut cleaning
- Very little wear
- Friction cut reduction
